of Lonigo, 1 "Festival of the schools catering and food products of
traditional Venetian perspective of consumer protection". The
initiative, promoted and financed by the Veneto Region in collaboration
with the center productivity Veneto, Vicenza has been presented today
by the Department Policies for Education and Training Donazzan Elena,
the director of the Fondazione Giacomo Rumor - CPV, Antonio Girardi Coldiretti Veneto and President George Square.

'goal is to renew the image of traditional product, by offering the new
"clothes" and bars, involving companies in the area, and future chefs
and restaurateurs attending the Professional Institute for Hospitality

formula of the Festival provides that each participant chooses a
traditional food product among those recognized and codified by the

educational visits in companies or inviting entrepreneurs and experts

groups of participating schools and the assessment of the dishes will
be given to a jury trial and qualified visitors and the top three
winners will receive a premium on good buying school equipment
respectively value of 1,500 euros, 1,200 euros and 800 euros.

concluding the commissioner Donazzan stressed that in life we want
rules, methods, goals and teamwork, and this festival has been married
all these elements together in a logic of synergy between schools,
