Varietà e tipicità: ecco i due cardini fondamentali dei vini della Vitivinicola Manera. Azienda a conduzione familiare che, dal 1970, coltiva le uve seguendo i criteri della “lotta guidata ed integrata”; tecnica che permette di difendere l’uva dalle malattie ed al tempo stesso di avere il minor impatto possibile nell’ecosistema del vigneto. È infatti coltivando una pianta equilibrata che si riesce ad ottenere un frutto gustoso e ricco di aromi varietali che possono esprimere il territorio della castellana; dai terreni caldi e sabbiosi a quelli argillosi e pesanti.

Farm based on family conduction that since 1970 grow the grapes following criterias of “lotta guidata ed integrata”; this technique let to defend and prevent grapes by diseases and at the same time to keep as less as possible impact in vineyard. Indeed is growing a healty and well balance plant that we achieve a savoury fruit and rich of varietal aromas that can explain Terroir of Castellana; from lands warm and sandy to clay and heavy. Natural is another basic word of our wines, in fact minimal is the work grapes in winery because the real protagonist is the Grapes and not human hand.
