COMPANY
TENUTA TORRE ZECCHEI was born in the area of Valdobbiadene, as idea of Eli Spagnol, a farmer who with the collaboration of his family, with his experience, the love for nature and the deep passion for this activity realizes each products aiming at the big quality of his wine.
The vineyards situated on the hills in the area Pedemontana from Valdobbiadene to Conegliano, at the feet of Monte Cesen, are the most precious property for he Company, and gives us the most of our wine production. The passion for our Land, the respect of nature, the value of traditions, are the reasons why we keep in improving continuously the quality of our products.
We follow directly each phase of the productive process: from grapes harvest to vinification, sparkling process and bottling, packing and direct selling. The unity our family is our strength.
After an accurate selection of our best grapes, collected through hand harvesting, we are producing all our range of wine: Valdobbiadene D.o.c.g. Millesimato, our best product, the traditional not sparkling wine, the Sparkling wine and Spumante D.o.c., till Superiore Cartizze D.o.c.g.. Our wine is characterized by the freshness, easy BEVIBILITA’ and by the power of arising the emotion and satisfy any customer.
Our desire is also to search for the benefit of those people who need to pay attention to the wine with no CONSERVANTI: we created “Bonorivo”, the spumante with the process of vinification and the following treatments made with no added sulphites. This wine is produced with grapes collected exclusively from a vineyard that has a sunny position, and therefore needs few chemical treatments. We have the chance to save the original authenticity of this wine, created for the softer palates, aiming to the respect of nature and people wellness.
In this regard, 15 Villages in the area of D.O.C.G. agreed and cooperate to defend the territory, increase the value of controlled origin and save the wellness of people.
This is supported by a normative about the use of chemical substances in agriculture: a document made by 16 sections regarding the use of pesticide and the rules to make chemical treatments in our vineyards.
Grapes collected in our Company respect the rules in Protocollo Viticolo of D.o.c.g. Valdobbiadene Conegliano. All actions and treatments made in the vineyard respect the norms of integrated fight and are made to minimize the human impact on the environment and on people, saving the territory with its productivity, beauty and landscape.
Unique landscape, one in the world, the hills of Prosecco are inserted in the Unesco national list of suggested areas, candidate as “Human Heritage”. A new project started to valorise one of the most important areas in Italy.
We paid much attention also to our Planet’s health. In fact our Company realized in 2011 a un photovoltaic power system for our need of energy decreasing therefore the environmental pollution.
Sustainable sources of power that can surely lead us obtain more advantages for ourselves and for the future generations. Sources that do not create pollution, they are unlimited, help to keep our planet clean and permit to save money.
