Feast of radicchio Dosson and the flower that you eat |

From
Friday, January 29 to February 7 to Dosson is celebrated in the red
radicchio 24th edition of the "Festival of red radicchio Dosson. Organized
by the 'Association of producers of red radicchio Dosson ", with the
assistance of the City of Casier, will be officially inaugurated on
Sunday 31 January at 10.30. Numerous
and quality, as always, appointments with good restaurant into the
kitchen there, but the possibility to taste specialties based on the
radicchio, the customers can also find the food stand at the oven. As
per tradition, the first dinner of the festival, Friday 29, 20.30, is
where the chefs have dishes of Tuscan wild boar in collaboration with
the Cities of Chianni (Pisa) and Casier, which have established a kind
of twinning culinary. Saturday,
January 30th, same time, it should be in the wedding scene between the
"Flavors of the Valley Resia and scents of the Treviso", or traditional
dishes of Friuli with the flower which is eaten by the Osteria "To
Hope", a special local historic Friulian . Definitely
do not miss the "Evening Gala" scheduled for Monday, February 1st, from
20.30, by the "Team Veneto Chef" made by well-known restaurants that
make up the official team of cooks from the Veneto Region.
