Carnival in Venice and the flavors of the Veneto

Hundreds
of thousands of visitors and participants expected at this year's
Venice Carnival will also have the chance to sample the best flavors of
the Veneto and to learn the secrets of his kitchen tradition for adults
and children, in areas prepared by the regional field in San Jeremiah, about 200 meters from the railway station of Saint Lucia, transformed into a real "realm of taste."

leveraging the experience and the success of last year - said Vice
President of the Regional Franco Manzato - the delicacies of the region
are protagonists in this extraordinary festival in Venice, which
becomes also a moment of Venetian culture in its various meanings. For
us this means the effort to involve directly the cosmopolitan crowd of
masks, offering the opportunity to enjoy and appreciate what we offer
our territory with the hope that, upon returning home, visitors become
ambassadors of taste and cucinaria tradition of Veneto.

Inside
the Field of Taste / Campo San Geremia stands will be set up for

will also be a tent-kitchen, where some of the best chefs of the chefs
in the Veneto propose their recipes daily with two classes of regional
cuisine not to be missed in a thrilling combination of tradition and
innovation. Of
